»Generell« is Swedish for »general« — a nod to our Swedish engineering heritage and to the concept of Artificial General Intelligence. The logo is the two l's in Generell, stylized as two slanted parallel lines inside a parallelogram: . It symbolizes parallelism because neural networks are based on matrix calculations that can be run in parallel — a fundamental property that enabled modern AI.
